If you can get out to your hives in the snow, check the entrance to the hive is clear of snow. If your hives are on solid floors, removing snow from the entrance will help with ventilation. The other reason for removing the snow is that when the weather warms and the bee's want to leave the hive on a cleansing flight there is no snow or a pool of water blocking their way.
