Experience Course Terms and Conditions
Places must be booked in advance, and confirmation voucher will be issued prior to the date of the course. Bookings can be made online by emailing me. Please bring your confirmation with you when attending the course. Places are subject to availability and we reserve the right to cancel the course due to sickness or unfavourable weather conditions. Every opportunity will be made to set another day and time. Courses are held outdoors, but please wear warm clothes in cold weather. Full payment is required upon booking.
Bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy: If a cancellation is made within 14 days of the course no refund will be given. If a cancellation is made with more than 14 days notice but within 6 weeks of the course date then we will try to re-sell your ticket. If we are successful then a Caulcott Honey Voucher will be issued for the full amount less a £10 administration fee. If a cancellation is made with more than 6 weeks notice then a full refund will be issued.
